Creative Strategy
What worked next was confrontation — headlines that told hard truths ("YOU'RE NOT 22 ANYMORE. YOUR HANGOVERS KNOW IT.").
It got attention. It plateaued below 1x ROAS, because it told people what the patch does and never why it works differently. For an unfamiliar format, that's a leap of faith nobody was ready to take.
The real unlock came from the mechanism itself. A patch releases steadily for six to eight hours — no spike, no fade, unlike a pill. That mechanical fact is the emotional promise. So every product got a two-word compression that's both: Deep Sleep, Constant Calm, Locked In. We locked a copy grammar around it — kicker sets the format, headline declares the outcome in hard words, callout carries the mechanism nothing else said — built entirely from language pulled off Reddit and Amazon reviews, not invented by us. One grammar, six products, only the outcome word and colour changing per SKU.
That structure survived a full formulation change intact. When BigMe moved from nutraceutical to AYUSH-licensed Ayurvedic actives, the promise layer didn't need to move — constant calm holds whether the ingredient is GABA or Jatamansi. Only the proof underneath it swapped.

Creative Production
100+ static ads built on the locked grammar, produced in 20-ad batches by two designers against a written system.
Three full landing page builds (Deep Calm, Lion's Focus, Sleep Good), AYUSH-compliant end to end. A WhatsApp retention system on Bitespeed running five flows, COD-to-prepaid conversion as the centrepiece. Google brand search campaign with a documented weekly operating workflow.

Results, not prophecies
Nobody buys a patch because they understand transdermal delivery. They buy it because "constant calm" sounds like exactly the thing they've been missing. That's the same fact, said the way a customer would say it.
