proving premium without the price tag, through creative alone.

WNTR came to us with a performance problem. Once ads stabilised above 2.5x ROAS, we rebuilt the brand around a harder bet: prove premium through creative alone.

The original collection was selling; the ads beneath it weren't. Once we stabilised performance and sold through the line, the next collection posed a harder question: bags built to premium international standards, priced at a fraction of them. Nobody would believe that from a spec sheet.

Creative Strategy

At this price gap, claims don't work.

Nobody believes "premium materials" printed under a bag that costs a fraction of what premium usually costs. The only thing that closes that gap is the same visual language luxury brands use — so we rebuilt the brand around proving it through craft, not copy.

What would normally be a standard product-display shoot got stylised heavily: premium lighting, considered composition, the kind of treatment travel gear at this price point almost never gets. The website, the ad creative, the messaging — all of it had to look like it belonged next to brands charging five times as much, because that visual parity was the argument. If the bag looked like it cost more, the price difference stopped reading as cheap and started reading as smart.

Creative Production

Full brand and website redesign for the relaunch.

A slate of stylised product and lifestyle videos shot to editorial standards rather than standard e-commerce coverage, cut down into a full ad library. New messaging system across site, ads, and product pages, all built around the same visual bet, running through a rebuilt Meta funnel from day one.

WNTR didn't need proof the bags were good. It needed proof they looked as good as they were. Once the system worked, the brand took it in-house — which is its own kind of result.
