Creative Strategy
The static volume approach surfaced the answer before any single insight did.
Testing at pace across 3D and AI-generated creative showed the same pattern repeating: ads that looked polished and explanatory underperformed against anything that looked like a symptom rather than a sales pitch. So the visual language shifted — glitched, fractured typography built to stop the scroll before a word gets read — and the copy shifted alongside it, naming ADHD plainly instead of gesturing at "focus."
Trust ran on the same evolving logic: "we can't cure your ADHD," followed by one believable claim, consistently outperformed aspirational language. In a category full of miracle claims, refusing to overclaim became the brand's actual differentiation. Purchase rate held around 5% throughout, even as click-through was still catching up — proof the message had already found its person; the format just needed to keep pace.

Creative Production
30+ static ad system, Friday releases sustained at 20+ new assets a month, built entirely on AI and 3D generation as a production choice from the start.
A locked rule followed once any format began fatiguing: no two ads share the same visual template, so a proven idea keeps rotating carriers instead of dying with one execution. Five WhatsApp retention flows, full brand identity and packaging, and a Google Brand Search launch fencing the name off with an 84-term negative list.

Results, not prophecies
The account never targeted a single interest. Every buyer it found, the volume-tested creative found for it — one static at a time, until the pattern was too clear to miss.
