Creative Strategy
We studied this customer for five years. Then we studied their feed.
The persona treats slowness as a life philosophy: their feeds run on meditation creators, slow-living education, content about making time for yourself. Meta groups viewers by what they watch, so instead of interrupting that feed we built to belong in it: a film in the same calm grammar, light on messaging, edited to the pace of the content it would sit between. On set, material played hero: muslin draped long for colour and depth, the model in the same fabric and shade, every movement slow and product-first.

Creative Production
Planned to multiply: one day on set, forty-plus assets out.
The main film, its breakdowns, GIFs and stills all came from the same setups, because every setup was planned to be cut many ways. Each asset carries one message and lands on the persona with precision, refreshed from the same material bank through the year. A boutique brand got a full content engine from a single day, without ever looking like it compromised.

Results, not prophecies
Simplicity won. Over 500 products a month at a 2.8x blended MER, and BYOGI still looks like a boutique, because it never stopped being one.
