Creative Strategy
The read: conservative but expressive. The prints told us.
Early movement in the prints sector sent us tracking who was buying. The co-ord format says conservative; the intricate, personality-heavy prints say expressive, and that pairing defined everything. This buyer doesn't fixate on the item in the ad: with prints, they scan the collection. So the ads open with fast edits, eight to ten products inside three seconds, and keep showing range for the rest of the runtime. Influencers got the same brief. Even the sound follows the customer: Sufi and Indian tones, theirs before they were ours.

Creative Production
Content the customer likes, shown to more of them: that's the compounding.
The loop is simple: content made for this buyer earns their engagement, and the algorithm hunts more people like them, with value-optimised bidding pointing it at the ones who pay a larger AOV. Monthly slates of 20 ads built against performance data, functional spec-first copy, kill rules on real spend thresholds, winners rebuilt into new bodies before they fatigue. Cost controls moved in small, proven steps. Volume systems find more customers. This one kept finding better ones.

Results, not prophecies
Most fashion brands scale by spending harder on narrower audiences. OnlyThreads scaled because the content knew its customer and the bidding knew their value. Better buyers, compounding.
