Creative Strategy
The unlock wasn't a new campaign. It was a new product, for a customer nobody was building for.
Oversized printed pocket tees: ultra comfortable, wearable all year, prints loud enough to be recognised mid-scroll. Built for women who'd been living in borrowed comfort because nobody designed it for them. Around that insight we locked the brand itself: a style system, a print language, and a website that carries both, so every drop reinforces the same recognisable world.

Creative Production
Then we multiplied it. An influencer engine built on one insight: women having fun in something finally made for them.
Creators showcasing every drop became content at a scale no photoshoot calendar could match, and the format refreshes itself with every collection. Doubling down on the same insight produced the alien brand film: 22.3M views, the brand's own logic played back as story.
Results, not prophecies
The hoodies got the brand started. The tees made it a business. Four years in, selling thousands of pieces a month at a 2.8x blended MER, Lama still hasn't found its ceiling.
