Creative Strategy
Content this specific is targeting.
Every test said people buy the pasta being made, not the people making it. So the content locked onto one insight and refused to leave: the kitchen's own timeline, dough at 4AM, boxes sealed by 2PM, cut fast, jazzy, always narrative-led, because a day with a deadline is a story people finish. The website was rebuilt to complete what the films start: the timetable running in its header, the morning's portion count live on the page, the laziest way to look like a chef. Whoever the content stopped, the site convinced. The match is the machine.

Creative Production
A shoot every six weeks. Thirty pieces out. One insight inside all of them.
Stills, gifs, the main film and its cutdowns, mood shots: each shoot feeds the system until the next, every piece at its own speed serving the same freshness story. Founder-narrated versions, pure-visual versions, different text, different edits, one insight throughout. It began on home-shot production and patient budgets, and compounded into the engine the brand now scales on.

Results, not prophecies
No influencer push, no discount theatre. A content engine, matched to a website, aimed at one insight. At 2.5x blended, with South Bombay ordering off the ads, celebrities included, the content didn't support the brand. It was the brand.
