Creative Strategy
Own a colour first. Bordeaux, darkened in intervals into a gradient.
The brand level got the system: Bordeaux as the owned colour, stepped darker into a gradient, the W repeated into a pattern the way heritage marks do, the website carrying it end to end, designed, written and coded by us. But style was the entry point, not the strategy. The strategy was the mix: stylised films at 70% style, 30% bag to win attention, packing videos inverting that ratio to build consideration, stills to close, every format weighted so the algorithm learns the right buyer from what they watch. Creative diversity, built as a funnel.

Creative Production
Every collection got its own gradient. Dawn got dawn.
The concept extended per collection: the Dawn series shot inside colourful dawn gradients and outdoors at dawn itself, the wine world holding the indoor work and the website. All of it built on set, with lighting and environment, never in post. Three shoots across two days, lifestyle, interiors and packing, produced 30 videos and 100+ statics, each collection in its own light, every variation still unmistakably one brand. The buyer it found: people who travel, succeed, and like a suitcase that makes others wonder.

Results, not prophecies
WNTR never needed better bags; it had those. It needed them to look the part. One owned colour, two shoot days and a rebuilt experience later, the brand runs at 3.2x blended, and the system now runs in-house, which is its own kind of result.
